After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with your order number.

Your payment will be taken and all delivery charges that are applicable will follow.

After your details have been verified and the item(s) located, your order will then be shipped.

Should any of the item(s) your order be out-of-stock, you will be immediately informed and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number included in your shipping email, once your order has been accepted and confirmed.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting ANGELEI™ at sales@angeleishoes.com, within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse. Made-to-order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Once a Made-to-Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

DOES MY PERSONAL INFORMATION REMAIN PRIVATE?

WHAT IS ANGELEI’S™ RETURN POLICY?

At ANGELEI™ shipments follow strict quality control standards prior to leaving our facility. For online purchases, ANGELEI™ will accept merchandise only in it's original packaging and unworn condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Return merchandise must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, or shows signs of wear, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Please email sales@angeleishoes.com to ask for your return label. We will then generate a label on your behalf.

ANGELEI™ reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements and is at ANGELEI’s™ sole discretion.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact sales@angeleishoes.com immediately, so we can address the issue.

Merchandise returned to angeleishoes.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

For updates regarding your return, please contact sales@angeleishoes.com and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

Made-to-Order items: Upon receiving your order request, an ANGELEI™ online sales representative will contact you to collect your payment information and confirm the delivery window of your order. Please note that once a made-to-order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund for any reason.
