Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting ANGELEI™ at [email protected], within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse. Made-to-order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Once a Made-to-Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

At ANGELEI™ shipments follow strict quality control standards prior to leaving our facility. For online purchases, ANGELEI™ will accept merchandise only in it's original packaging and unworn condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
Return merchandise must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, or shows signs of wear, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Please email [email protected] to ask for your return label. We will then generate a label on your behalf.
ANGELEI™ reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements and is at ANGELEI’s™ sole discretion.
